ING Direct bank has a great offer for someone who will open up an online savings account. For those who will invest $250 dollars in an ING savings account, ING will credit their savings account with $25 dollars. To take advantage of this offer, I am not positive, but I think you have to sign up via a special link you receive in an email from an existing ING customer.
